The Hobart HS9 Heavy Duty Automatic Slicer is engineered for high-volume kitchens, featuring a 330mm stainless steel CleanCut™ knife that is 100% removable for superior hygiene and easy maintenance. It offers a variable 4-speed automatic carriage with three stroke lengths, allowing precise slicing of meats, cheeses, and vegetables up to 25mm thick. Designed with operator safety in mind, the slicer includes a gauge plate interlock, no-volt release, and a tilting carriage system for effortless cleaning .
